If a product is not working as it should be, is damaged or does not fit, we will replace it for you immediately.
If the item you received is not damaged, yet you are unsatisfied with it, you may return it for a full refund as per our refunds policy.
We do everything in our power to make you satisfied, but please keep in mind that in some cases we are constrained to the policies of our suppliers. In such cases, we will clearly state the relevant policy on the product page so you will know in advance.

Orders will be processed within 3 days of ordering and be shipped the next day after the processing day.(Except for personalized/customized products) *Please note that these are estimated delivery times only, therefore OWLFUL is not guaranteeing delivery dates.
Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.
Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
There will be no reshipping arrangement made in case parcels are returned for wrong addresses, incomplete addresses and returned due to unavailability
Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.
Only items purchased directly from https://owlful.com will be accepted. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please get in touch with them directly for returns.
Returned items must be in original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Returned items must be unused, in the same condition that we sent it to you, and in their original packaging. Stains, folded cards, broken seals/ plastic foiling broken will not be accepted. If the condition of the product shipped back to us is not in acceptable condition we reserve the right to not refund or exchange. Products that have been personalized cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Non-returnable items include items purchased through retailers, incorrect products purchased, and damaged products through customer mishandling.
Returns made without receipt may be refused. OWLFUL reserves the right to deny any return.
